We ship via Purolator. Please be mindful that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
PLACING AN ORDER
Our website will always be open for our customers. Online orders can be placed 24/7/365. If you have any special shipping notes make sure to include them in your checkout process. You will then receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as the order is placed with a unique Order ID which is usually 5 digits. Please make sure to keep this Order ID, so if there are any issues we can find your order.
If you don’t receive a confirmation order e-mail, please contact us at sales@jumpbaby.ca and we will look into the issue. Sometimes there are typing mistakes in the email which results in you not getting the confirmation order. If you are having issues with your credit card, please make sure to reach out to your banking institution.
IN-STORE PICKUP
If you are able and wanting to visit us in person, you can order the product online and select the option to pick up in store.

This is a ground service offered by the shipping courier that can take 2-10 business days depending on your location. Make sure to check the free shipping option when placing your order.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Please note delivery estimates are only estimates and are created by our shipping partners Purolator & Canada Post. If you need your package fast, please make sure to consider the other shipping options at check-out. Shipping delays can occur for many reasons and unfortunately are out of control once they have entered the system.
Please let us know if you have any issues with your shipment and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
ORDER MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS
We work very quickly! Please submit any order changes or cancellation requests as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we can do everything we can to fix your order for you! If you receive a shipping confirmation email, sometimes the package hasn’t left the building, so we may be able to resolve the issue before the courier picks it up! Once the courier picks up the order, unfortunately we cannot make any changes or cancellations and the customer would be required to follow our Return Policy.
ORDER SHIPPING
We appreciate your patience and work as fast as we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible! Orders received before 1:00 PM EST will usually ship the same business day. Most orders received after 1:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. If you place an order outside our business hours (ie-weekend), please note it can take up to 72 hours to complete an order.
In the event that a product is out-of-stock, you will be contacted by us with an estimated shipping time. The wait can be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.
We do charge extra shipping costs on items that weigh more than others, and large items. This is due to the courier charging extra for these items. Here are some examples:

- Baby swings
RECYCLED PACKAGING
We often use recycled bags and boxes for shipments. We are doing our best to give packaging products more than a one time use!
ORDER DELIVERY & MISSING PARCELS
Our shipping partner’s deliver orders Monday to Friday. Please note any order over $500 will entail a signature upon delivery. If your order does not require a signature it may be left at your doorstep or taken back to the shipping partner’s depot if no one is able to accept the package at your home.
Make sure to stay on top of delivery confirmation emails as well as the tracking page with the tracking number you receive from us. If you didn’t receive a tracking number please email sales@jumpbaby.ca The delivery driver should leave you a note or call you if your product has been taken to their depot. Try to pick it up as soon as possible, or your package could be shipped back to us.
If you receive an update that your order has been delivered, make sure to check all around your home and possibly speak with your neighbours if they received it. If you have any issues please contact us at 705-222-5867 and we can contact the courier.
Jump The BABY Store is not responsible for items that may have become lost, stolen or damaged in shipment. Please ensure you make the proper arrangements for accepting your parcel. If you would like a signature option, at an extra cost, please contact us.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If the shipping company returns your package to us we will make sure to reach out to you. Undeliverable packages will be processed as a refund, except the shipping costs. You are more than welcome to place another order if you have the correct shipping address.
ONLINE ORDER ISSUES

BEYOND DESTINATION & TERRITORIES
As the shipping for beyond destination locations can be significantly higher, you will receive an email or telephone call regarding the shipping difference. We do not have access to your credit card information, any additional charges may be paid via e-transfer (EMT) or through an additional invoice sent to you.
