More Milk® Special Blend combines the benefits of organic goat's rue, an herb that supports breast tissue development, with four organic galactagogue (milk-making) herbs—fenugreek, blessed thistle, nettle, and fennel. This blend is available in an alcohol-free tincture that is uniquely designed to support breast milk supply.
More Milk® Special Blend is ideal if you:
- Did not see a change in breast size during pregnancy

- Have had breast surgery
- Want to relactate after weaning

Suggested Use

Fenugreek, especially if taken in larger-than-recommended doses, can cause gastric upset or gassiness in the mother, and less likely, in the baby. In More Milk Plus®, Motherlove blends fenugreek with fennel, a digestive aid, to help counteract this possible side effect. Also, fenugreek is not recommended for those with hypothyroidism who are on medication, as it may block the absorption of the thyroid medication. In rare cases, fenugreek can also lower blood sugar and cause breakthrough menstrual bleeding.
