Noppies Newport Dress - Blue Surf

Sweet dress from the Noppies Baby collection with a floral and paisley print. The Newport dress features long sleeves and pleats below the neckline. The sleeves have elasticated cuffs with a cute ruffled edge. There’s a handy press stud next to the neckline, which will make getting dressed, undressed and nappy changes a great deal easier.
